3 BEDROOMED MAISONETTE (1)
The maisonette (150 m2 on 3 floors)
is a 3 bedroomed house which can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Lounge dining area (1b), fully equipped kitchen (1a), and shower /wc on the ground floor, where the one couch opens out into a king size double bed. 2 bedrooms (with double beds,) and a shower/ wc are situated on the first floor (1c) , and to top it all a cosy bedroom loft (1d) (with a smaller double bed), which opens out to a private terrace and where guests can absorb the sun in front of the breath taking view...
STANDARD STUDIO (3 and 4)
The Studios (25 m2) - 2 on the upper floor (3) and 2 on the lower floor (4) .
The studios accommodate 2 persons and come equipped with a small kitchen with fridge and ceramic hot plates ( mini oven/stove available on request) with cooking and eating utensils. Each studio has one double bed, and opens out onto a verandah or balcony with an unparalleled view. Should a family of 4 wish to visit but do not want to rent a whole villa, the adjacent studios can be joined by a double inter-leading door which connects the studios to each other, making an apartment.
SUPERIOR STUDIO (2)
Superior Studio 2+2 (30 m2)
Accommodates a couple or a family and comes equipped with a small kitchen with fridge and mini oven/stove with cooking and eating utensils.This open plan room has a more private balcony, wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed which can sleep another 2 persons
